Banner Selection in Profile - Repack

The attempt here is to take Peter's old V4 code and make it into a V5 plugin.

Progress is being made on this plugin. The Admin (and Staff who can manage plugins) will be able to set add banner images in the Manage Banners tab. The banners added to the list will then be available for each Member to be able to select which banner they want to see from their Profile.

A note to the Admin (Staff): If you've added your own banner through Themes, you'll need to add that banner's image URL to the plugin if you want it available to Members.

A note to Members: You will be able to select which banner you want to see (from a list the Admin (Staff) enter into the plugin) from your Edit Profile > Personal (tab).


A note to all: The plugin will attempt to use localStorage for your selection. If localStorage is not available to you, it will save your setting to a cookie. In this case, just know that your setting will revert to the default if you clear your cookies.

I'll update this post when we're getting close to release.

iv just had a look and i thought it was one where the member can upload their own ... i'll leave this one alone for now thanks
