Select members by post count?

I'd like to be able to pull only members with zero or one post, then send an email to ask them to revisit. I think many simply lost track of how to find the forum, and we're new enough that Google is just starting to work for us,

The only way to search for members in that manner is to go to your forum's member list and click on the magnifying glass icon to apply a search filter based on post count.

Unfortunately there's no way to email members from outside of the admin area so a plugin won't be able to accomplish this.

I know how to sort members, but I want to select results (<2 posts, or visits) as a group. That woulkd be a great option. I guess I can just send the same message to all members, what the heck? Costs the same!
