Solid design with great colors, and good usage of images. I'm just double-checking to make sure my assumption of this being multiple parts currently pieced together for viewing is right?
If so, then everything looks really nice. You have a nice, easy to read typography going, and it makes it very clean. If not, I would either get rid of the bar at the bottom of the Header, or try something to make it flow a little more into the content. At the moment, it seems almost random. Maybe it would flow better with more categories, as a larger preview, but currently, it looks a bit out of place. But I love what you've done with the header, absolutely.
Also, one quick question: Is this going to be on ProBoards?

Wait, which bar are you talking about?
Everything here should be possible on PB (although I need a coder to verify). Not sure if I'll release it to the public though.
But thanks for the comments Gridlines ! I appreciate your feedback.

Directly above the content container, where your boards are located, there appears to be a bar, the same width as your boards, located at the bottom of the header.

For me, my biggest issue is the integration of the content up at the top, and the banner/background said content is laid upon. It may sound stupid, but with having the separate window colours for the mini profile stuff, then having no extra "layer/background" for the content to the right, makes it merge into it (in a camouflage way) a bit too much. It's hard for the eyes to separate the background stocks, and the written content.
I love the idea of it though. I think it may just be the stocks used that's the biggest issue, so it could look perfectly fine on a "per forum" basis (because I'm sure each forum - if it was a pre-made - would change the image).
I'm curious how the text hover is for the menu though. I know one typical assumption could/would be that it changes to the yellow, and also adds an underline to the already existing bar there. I think it'd work better though, if that didn't happen and instead, it was just the text that changed colour (to yellow).
Again as before, this is just an issue for me, the footer content is all to the left and isn't in-line with the header/menu/logo lol.

It's hard for the eyes to separate the background stocks, and the written content. I like the way it's done so I doubt I'll ever put a BG under the right side content. The reason there is a BG for the miniprofile stuff is to put emphasis so the users eyes looks there 2nd (first is forum title). Believe it or not, at one point the right side content just had too much attention so I had to lower the visual hierarchy by lowering the font size and opacity. I didn't want the header to take too much attention from the actually forum. Which reminds me, I need to put a collapse button some where. I do see where you are coming though, you think perhaps if I increase the text size of the featured topic description (text under "fear walking dead" it would be a little better? And finally how "camoflauged" is it for you? If you focus on it, is it clear for you? nah I never have hover underline in any of my designs. It's not? It's lined up on the left side...unless I'm not getting you.
Here's a screenshot from guest pov AND when the user scrolls down (header bg follows user AND turns white i.imgur.com/XpXjs8p.png I have some ideas that might make it slightly better for you stinky but not atm cuz im tired af.
