Chat Box in Footer

I can't figure out how to get a chatbox into the footer of my proboards... Can someone help me out?

This is an embedd chat and not the shout box that comes with ProBoards, correct? If yes, you can either add the embed code to your global or main footer:
(Admin Home> Structure> Headers & Footers> Manage>Global or Main and the footer)
If you put it in the global footer, it'll show on all themes and all pages. If you put it in the main footer it'll show on all themes but only on the main page.

Or ....If you want to have it only on certain themes, then you'll need to go to your forum wrapper (if you want it to show on all pages of that theme) and add it probably right above this in red: (you'll find it nearly at the very bottom of the page, just a few lines up.)

To add it to your forum wrapper go to:  Admin Home> Themes> Layout Templates>Forum Wrapper

If you prefer to have it just on the main page and on certain themes then go to your "Home template" and just paste at the bottom

So many choices, lol.

Thanks a lot! I never knew there was a default one. I tried out a few other site options but liked the proboards one best. Thanks for the help
