Image resizing problem

I get this:   when I resize this:  Any ideas what could cause the problem?Other image resizers do the same thing.This is from photobucket.Thank you for the help

I have no idea but I just used this graphics resizing program, uploaded it via my themes and it is fine as you can see.

I'm not sure what program you are using, but if I may, I'd recommend GIMP. Shrinking hasn't decreased the quality from my experience so long as you don't enlarge it again.

I tried it out for you. What do you think of this?


Edit: Nevermind. I guess it looks the same compared to yours. Maybe there's too much detail to translate at smaller resolutions.
