Logo, Header and Backround designer needed!

Hey!

So, we need a logo, header and a backround for our forum Technically Gaming. Our forum is a gaming forum, so if you could keep it to a theme like that, it would be great! I don't know much about sizes, but if you could make it the recommended size for whatever (backround, logo etc), that'd be nice. I want the theme to be dark and mysterious, for example the backround. For the logo, Technically Gaming would be cool, with maybe a dragon? Some neon green or purple would be cool there too. Please reply below or contact me directly if you'd like to help. More details would be great and might be more likely to interest a designer. Helpful information would include the sizes you want of each, any colors and text you want incorporated. The more info, the better.
