Table for Header that matches every theme

I want just a simple table with one title bar and one box.  I may eventually need a table with two or more columns, but I shouldn't have too much trouble doing that on my own eventually.  For now, I just don't know the class names to make the title bar and info box match any theme someone is using.

Hey Clannibal , This should pick up all your theme colors:

You can just add new <td> content</td> tags to add another column, if you ever need one, right after the other </td> tag.
