[Filled/Unneeded] Text Tags.

My forum is at pokemonbypost.boards.net/.

I'm looking for a code to make BBCode "Text Tags" in posts, which is to say, boxes of extra information that pop up when you hover over a designated part of the text.

An example: when you hover over the text "cart pokemon", a box will pop up displaying a picture that was inserted, as seen below:



Another example: this time there's no picture, but instead more text explaining:



On the above site, the tag was:
[tt="linked text here"](anything you want to appear in the pop-up here, including pictures, etc.)[/tt] 
I'd really like if that could be replicated, or close to it.

There is a plugin called "tangents" in the library. Would that work?

Just looked for it-- I don't know how I managed to miss that before, but thank you for pointing it out! A little CSS styling and now it's working as I needed. Thanks Worm (and sorry Virgil)!

EDIT: Worm, is there a way to get rid of the box/lines around the linked text? I don't have a border set but it seems to be insisting on it anyways.
EDIT2: Nevermind. For anyone wondering who sees this, just add border: none; to the styling. I'm dumb.
