Probably not. The reason is, Random News and your News Feed (from your Admin panel) can run at the same time - and since the News Feed already allows this, it wouldn't make sense for me to add it in this plugin. Use your News Feed for your recent threads and the Random News for whatever other "news" you want to display.

But it cannot be run through all pages. Only limited to the main.

I hope to see this for a purpose of having market board.
