Hey guys,
im looking for someone to kind of help or generate a theme which bases off a professional look from this following image:

The navigation bar to be underneath the banner with a width of 1100 Pixels
The font to be kind of replicated im not sure of the name but can find out
The same kind of BG plain white with a nice dark grey/black text.
The navigation bar to be black with a red hover over the buttons and when on a page to be red
Furthermore, the square kind of bar and like that picture above just imagine a banner above it
Im not requiring a banner just a nice theme which can emulate the gyazo from above need anymore information please respond
