I believe your emojis either you have to make, and resize if necessary.
There may be pixel-fitting emojis out there. Try a different theme if you don't like yours, as well?
To implament them into your forum follow this:
Admin> Theme Manager > Images. From there, scroll down. ^0^

Make the emoji (transparent background) go into ADMIN >> THEMES >> THEME MANAGER >> IMAGES >> find where it says emojis, and click upload  simple as that  |
