Adding Affiliates on the Side

Hello, I'm a coding admin helping with Into the Knight and am having a bit of trouble adding affiliates.  Adding them to the bottom, takes them out of the page and since there's not much going down there anyway, I was hoping to find a code to place affiliates on the side (underneath the chat box). I'm really new to the whole writing of code in places where it's not already obvious to place kinda thing (does that make sense, I hope).

Basically, I have codes...but I don't see a place they can go without damaging the theme/skin already there. I was hoping someone could take a look at this forum and maybe suggest a code I could use, or instructions?

With your shoutbox in a fixed position, there really isn't much room for any affiliates. You may be able to get like 3 below it  unless you moved the shoutbox up a bit more you could get maybe 6 static affiliates there. Another option would be a simple little old fashioned marquee then you could add bunch of affiliates so they scroll across that little section. Any idea what route you'd prefer and I can take a closer look at your coding to see where you'd add it.

Hello I'm the main admin yes we could move the shout box for affiliates. I could disable the shout box for now.
