Paid Worked to Update my Forum Theme

I recently launched a website to run along side my forum but now my forum theme needs to be update so the two don't look unrelated  
I am looking for someone with experience on proboards to suggest a modern theme that will tie in with new website.

So I need
1. Suggests on a theme, once I find one I like that person will take care of the installation and make sure everything is running smoothly
2. I want the theme to also have a side bar like on my new site, where I can add things like recent posts and custom HTML. I have always liked the Love Struck side bar. 

Payment is negotiable.

Preface: I am in no way, shape, or form committing to this.

But what exactly are you looking for? A suggestion and someone to install it for you, or someone to build you a custom theme suited to your needs? I only ask because they are two very different things with very different scales of work involved.

Good question, if someone can suggest a modern theme then hopefully there is no need for a custom build theme. What I would be paying for is someone to update my theme, making it look more modern and white, the same as my new homepage. After the theme has been installed I can add the content, images etc. Ideally if someone could install a theme and a few plugins, I just don't know what they would be.

I want something like this theme nextgenex.proboards.com/ where there are a few images to click on (I can link them to want ever I want) and I would also like a side panel which I am sure could just be a plugin.
It doesn't have to be all singing all dancing but I would like to be able to add some images and make it more interactive, ana a recent posts part in the side bar so that people can find new things more easily.

I know there are would be quite a few hours work in changing the theme so that is why I am prepared to pay.

This isn't me saying I will do anything, it's merely my two cents.

I would honestly go for a new, custom theme and have it based on your website design.
It's already a really nice "skeleton/base", so it would just need some tweaks here and there to make it work as a forum theme.

I'm sure that Kami or someone else such as elli could do it for you, if they have the time, and the price is right (for them/you).
