Affiliate buttons & code request for Multiverse-Mashup

Hello.
I have tried making an affiliation button, but have had little success.

Could someone please make one for me?
I would also need the affiliation code to give to other forums for their affiliation tables if some kind and clever soul could help me with that.

Here is what I had a go at making, if you could shrink it down and button it for me I would appreciate it:


Or better still if someone could make me a more professional looking one, I would be sooooooo grateful.
I would like superheroes/comic characters or something like that in it if possible, as my forum is a Hero V Villain RPG: multiverse-mashup.proboards.com/
