Is this accounts-plugin possible?

Gets the panel the abiltiy for this:

• Message-text screen to warn members, you will receive a warning from the user "Forum Staff Warns"
• Ability to send messages with the "Forum Staff" account
• Ability to change user names
• Ability to change the acount, because "Admin" sounds bad!

Also, I need this too:

• The size for a row, for a topic (or thread) will be shorter.
• Colored user names. Like this: Adminstrator

Most of those things can be accomplished already however you won't be able to accomplish all of those things in one simple God Mode like plugin.

These wouldn't be possible. There's no way to access the Forum Staff account, and it's not possible to automatically send a message to a user without accessing the New Message page.

Usernames cannot be changed under any circumstance. Once you've registered the username you've chosen is permanent.

You can change the display name of the admin account, but similar to the above restriction its username will always be admin.

You can (and should) edit your style sheet to accomplish this. No plugin is necessary.

You can assign a color to the user group you're a part of to color your display name. Alternatively you can use the Styled Member Names plugin.
