Help with banner please?

I need the banner to be 600 x 250 with the dove in upper left and lower right. or:

 This solid blue with WELCOME HOME in cursive font white. Whichever one looks the best. Thank you!

Those are so much better. Here is the site I am testing them on. I suppose the banner border should be neutral? I don't know. I will be using it as a universal hover at my regular board.

This is another test board where I am using a different hover code. However, part of it fades into the action bar. I was going to place a table under there. I use the v4 3 column table and it works great.Beautiful work. thank you!
