Be Creative with my Banner/Button Request!!!

Hey everyone! I am creating a forum that you can see here:

Teen Blue will be a space for teenagers (and anyone else that needs it) to come chat and get advice about things from dating relationships and depression to school and career opportunities.It will solely be community based and I hope to grow it into a family! Something I will need is a banner and on/off buttons. I am not picky at all and do not mind the dimensions or what it looks like, as long as it looks aesthetically pleasing. We have many talented graphics artists here though as I have seen from previous threads so I am looking forward to the creativity!

All that I do ask is the color scheme stays the same as Blue-White-Black (whatever looks nice while utilizing those colors). I also would like it to say "TeenBlue" or "Teen Blue" and if it looks nice then also the slogan "Welcome Home" somewhere in there. If it looks better without the slogan feel free to leave it out! As for the on/off buttons, I'd like it to stay with the color scheme and maybe do whatever looks nice or feels right! I don't want the board to look to childish, but remember, it is for teenagers. Hey so I've put together a quick banner - one with colour images and one with black and white.
They're uploaded to imgur so you'll want to save them to your computer and then re-upload them on a site like photobucket or tinypic.

I'm not sure what you mean by on/off buttons - can you clarify a little? Then I can give them a try.

Wow thank you so much they look great! The on/off buttons are also the new/old icons that are next to each board.

Sort of, yes! They are like the folder icons on the front page of ProBoards Support. I think there are many different ways to make them. I see most of them that are made are like a colored logo for "new" and the same logo just black and white for "old".

Okay well I just made a funky blue shape for new and then a more saturated version for old?
