Kiwi IRC Chat ! Questions ?

So I found this chat host, it lets you make a room. Add moderators, Ban and Kick unruly members.
Everything seems to good to be true without payment. 
Has anyone used it an have had problems? 
Is there anything I should be aware about before linking it into my proboards?

Basically im looking for input/thoughts about this chat hosting website.
