I moved this to theme requests as this did not belong in the Managing Your Forum board. I'm not exactly sure this is the right place either but I am assuming you already have the forum but just want a Dragon Ball theme for your RP forum. We'd appreciate if you'd give details here so anyone interested would have a idea how much you want changed and how much time would be involved. Might be a good idea if you read the tips for requesting a theme.

Actually, it appears that he wants someone to actually make a forum for DragonBall. Since he already has a post in the Looking For thread, which is where such things belong, I'm going to lock this thread. Jazuken , if I'm mistaken as to your intentions, please PM me.
