You should be able to request it in the templates board, since this area is for entire themes. That said, you need to be the one to provide the visual appearance of how you want it to look. You may want to post in Graphic Design Requests as well if you want someone else to create the graphics for you too. Alternatively, you could always request the modifications at a dedicated theme/resource site like adoxography 2.0. |
