Seeking NEW Theme Coder!

Hi i run fakingfandom.boards.net. I had a coder who promised to do a bunch of stuff for me but now has gone MIA. I need help changing some colors around to best fit my themes so either someone willing to do what I ask FOR FREE or to show me how to edit CSS codes.

I think you need to expand on what you're asking from the volunteers in this board - what exactly are you looking to change as far as "some colours" and "CSS codes" (these are very broad terms encompassing a wide range of possible answers)?

Additionally, if you're looking for the CSS page, it's under admin > themes > advanced styles & css > stylesheet.

Alternatively, you can reply to the design assistance thread, if you're looking for someone to help you with your site's design as a whole (including coding).

The last person who worked for me edited the stylesheet and now when i choose colors in the basic color picker it doesn't change everything. If you look at my current default theme the Green is what I chose and the Red is what I am unable to change due to not understanding CSS. Can you help?

It looks like the last person added this CSS to your stylesheet:

.title-bar{background-color:rgba(191, 0, 0, 0.95) !important;display:block;font-size:18px;padding:15px !important;}

instead of specifying the colour via your colour selector. What you can do is remove the portion that says background-color:rgba(191, 0, 0, 0.95) !important; so that the CSS will no longer override your colour selection.
