What's the css class for the background img pls

hi

I want to disable the background on one of my boards but don't know what the class is, can someone help pls ?


i'll be putting this in the header for that board  <style>.XXXXXXX{display:none}</style>

i'v done it with a plugin but i'd rather have the class for it, less code stuff etc slowing the site down.

Can you provide a screenshot of the exact thing you want disabled? Do you mean the background image that appears on every page of the forum?

yea the one that's in the visual css screen, the on that's on every page.

The background can be controlled by the following CSS:

body { background-image: css here; }

However because you want it to target specific boards, I believe you'd need some javascript to target those boards. I'm not 100% sure on that, so tagging a couple of folks:

i thought   <style>.body{display:non;}</style>   would work in the board header.

Well what you just wrote is riddled with mistakes, first of all.

- .body would imply that 'body' is a class name, which it's not.

- 'non' is not valid syntax

- setting body: display: none; would get rid of everything that falls under 'body' which is your entire site.

If that's what you put in your board header then it's definitely not going to work for the reasons above.

You can give this a try in your board header:

<style type="text/css">
body { background-image: none!important; }
</style>

If that doesn't work, I'm not entirely sure what would.

Try putting the same thing in Admin > Structure > Layout Templates > Search
