Go to your admin panel and select Themes>Theme Manager> Hover your cursor over the theme you wish to edit, and select Images. Scroll down to the section named Forum Icons and find Board:New Posts and Board: No New Posts. Click on Link and place the link to the image you wish to display or select Upload and choose an image saved to your PC.
