Request for a Warrior Cat RPG form

Hopefully I will get this correct but if not let me know and I can tweak my request in any way! Also before I begin thank you to anyone who offers assistance and or creates anything for me.

To begin here is my roleplaying forum:

I already really love the color theme I have going on right now, but I am pretty open to purple or other blue/green themes as long as they aren't too overly bright. I also really enjoy reds/oranges hues like autumn.

We are a warrior cats roleplaying theme portrayed after the Erin Hunter novels. The home page tends to have a lot of information on it. I'm mostly looking for a neat, appealing and organized theme. Basically sidebars with tabs are my loves and saviors!! I know there are some of those on the proboards theme library but none of them seem to work with my form! Such as if anyone knows what Lovestruck theme in the proboards library is, I absolutely adore the tabs in the sidebar but for the life of me nope doesn't work no matter how hard I try! 


•The usual information that I use within my site or would love in the tabbed area are as follows:

Cbox--  
Info--- Current Weather/Prophecy/News/Moon phase 
Census-- High Positions with amounts of each. My site has pictures but I would rather just list the Clan with rank and names, with ability to link to bio
Staff-- ability for pictures and link to bio 
OTMs-- For members/relationships/threads and ability to link to those areas
Links-- Quick links basically and affiliates together.



• Basically banner imaging I'll let you get creative as long as it goes with my theme. Which is warrior cats roleplaying! So cats outdoors is pretty much golden! 

Here is an example of a site that I adore how the boards are laid out and their formation or what have you. I really hope this isn't too much information for anyone but if so let me know and I can narrow things down!! Thank you again to anyone!!

Hello Dahlia ! I'm interested in creating a theme for your warriors site.
I'll first create a mock-up before I code so we can establish the design of your site to your liking.
I will also create the graphics for you as well.

Also, about the site's color...here's a few propositions that I think would look good for the site and sticking to blues and greens. 
Adrift in Dreams
Gentle Waves
Save the Arctic
Let me know which color scheme you would like the site to be based off.

What size will the banner be?
I can also make a new affiliate button and ads based on the new theme of the site, yes?
Oh, what avatar size are you looking for in your mini-profile? Also, is there any particular custom fields or anything else you want in the mini-profile? Can't believe I almost forgot about the mini profile.

I'm most likely going to throw a lot of questions your way (it really can't be helped) and sometimes I ask a question and realize I wasn't specific enough so there's that too.

It takes me a few days to code and actually make the theme, so really it doesn't take me long. At least 2-3 days minimum if I code as much as possible during those couple of days.

If you want to see examples of my work I can PM you some pics of themes I've made. They're primarily themes made for sites I've never opened.

I would love to hire you on to create something amazing for me, so thank you for replying I'm very excited! Thank you for the color choices as well and personally I do believe I enjoy the Adrift in Dreams best while the Save the Arctic is a very close second!

If there is a way to do so I really enjoy the avatar sizes I currently have. Which is 200X300. I'm trying to think of the mini profile but I'm not sure what usual sizes work personally. Right now mine is set at 180X100 but have you curiously found other sites that have much better sizing options? I'm not really sure about what other features are offered in mini profiles I'm sorry if that isn't helpful! I haven't had much experience with them really. O.o

As for the banner imaging I'm really into larger eye catching ones. Um 1030X400 is a good size to me but I'll let you play around with that. Personally as long as its up there I'm pretty set!

Also thank you for offering on making a new affiliate button and ad based options. That was very nice of you and I'm definitely excited to see what you come up.

I'll probably have a ton of questions too once we get going and I will always have a moment to answer any that you have. I am sorry if something stumps me a little but I promise to get back in a timely manner! I'm usually always on my site or popping in here so whichever works best for you! I can also give you more of an in depth answer on stuff in a few hours but I have to run to town to go grocery shopping!

Also if you want to send me samples I'm totally ok with that. I love looking at peoples artwork because I have no talent in the subject! All and all thank you so much! Sorry if I rambled too much!!

I'll have a mockup done sometime tomorrow for you to review and letting me know what changes you'd like.

Avatar size can definitely be 200x300. I'm assuming you're wanting the hover over the avatar with the info as well? I can do that for you.

Done. Eye-catching banners are nice, so I'll see if I can find a stock photo of a cat that's hq.

Are you also wanting a board remodel? Do you want the boards side by side or...?

Also yes please I think so. I do like the hover over avatar thing for the mini profile it works quite well.

I do like side by side but it starts to look a little strange when I have to use the little scroll bars because my boards tend to be wordy so I'm not to sure. I've tried them in the past and all my subboards and such everything either doesn't fit right or the scroll bar is off. I'm totally open to trying stuff too, unless that adds too much work.

Otherwise I do really like the more open board look like the starwars site I showed up above.

Okay so here's the mockup: check it out!
Please don't mind the sizes since they are not accurate (or are only close) except the banner is as requested 1030x400.

I'll make a toggle sidebar to open up for the tabs like your site currently. I'll make a mockup for it as well once we've established the main looks of the forum with the mockup I've given you now.

I will also make a mockup of the miniprofile too.

So is there any changes you're wanting? I did remove the threads and post count for design purposes, but I can figure a place to put them if you're wanting them for some reason.

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I had to work today!

I really love the banner! I think that's cute! Oddly enough I do like having the threads and post count, even though I know that is strange. I'm not sure why maybe I'm just use to having it there so it looks a little odd without it too me haha. Anyways I do hope I'm not being too picky for you by the way!

So far everything looks pretty good too me, though do you mind if we try one with the darker save the arctic colors perchance? And possible without the sub-boards option showing, if that makes any sense? **Edit add: I just noticed that yeah it does usually show the sub-boards thing so I don't know why I was thinking it did. What the heck me.

I'm glad you like the banner and I can just remove the sub-boards and add the thread and post count in place of it. We can definitely switch the colors. I'll include the new mockup in this post sometime today hopefully. Ah, it does show the sub-boards in the mockup so I can definitely remove it for you.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. This weekend at my job is a little crazy. Fourth of July and all that jaz. Everybody is camping or heading out. I'm also fine either way as well but whichever works best for you.
