Looking to discuss hiring a coder to code a MAJOR theme for my website. 

Coder must possess knowledge in: 

• Hover Coding
• Board Repositioning
• Java
• Pull-out/down tabs
• and more.

Looking to incorporate something like this into the theme.

By java, i assume you mean Javascript? Java is an old game developing software, by old i dot mean unused. Whereas JavaScript is a web development language
