Description:
This shows a "copy" of your IC when viewing any other page of your forum (using localStorage).
NOTE: the "IC Copy" cannot update ("recent thread", users online, etc. WON'T UPDATE), it will only update once a user goes back to the forum home page where it'll grab the IC's contents again.
