Scroll Bar for Smiley Menu {Request}

I was wondering if someone could please send me a code or plugin that would create a scroll bar for the smiley menu when there are a lot and the menu is stretched to the top of the page. The attachment can explain what i am dealing with

I don't know if you are using a plugin for your smiley's and since you didn't provide a link, I can't check but try adding this to the bottom of your style sheet:

.smiley-menu {
   width: 280px;
   height:440px;
   overflow:auto;
}

Set the height (and width if you want) to what you think looks good and any content beyond that should have a scroll bar.
