Also I want to complete the border around my themes category. Looks funny without it, when the rest of my theme has a border.Where is that at?The theme I am working on is the default theme. thank you

You can try this and see if it's what you're after. Change the red to the color of your choice, and the blue to change the width of the border. Place it at the bottom of your stylesheet.
