Unfortunately, you would need to manually translate everything by editing the Layout Templates (admin > structure > layout templates), or by using javascript, in the case of text that is generated by a variable.
I do believe ProBoards will be supporting language packs in the upcoming v6, starting with Spanish and expanding to other languages; hopefully this will include the one you seek.
