You really need to define fancy because fancy can be in the eye of the designer but not with you. When I think of fancy, I think of swirls and curly cues for example. 
Also what size, any specific colors you want for the text and a special font? www.dafont.com/  is a nice place to find fonts.

Also if you'd like any images used, we expect you to go find them and they must not be copyrighted. The more info the better.

Anything with flat design,with a color scheme that looks good(e.g. Orange-Light Blue)

you do realise a banner that is 2000 pixels in height is going to be very strange and waaaay too big honestly for a forum banner height, not sure if your members will appreciate it? just saying
