I am surprised this doesnt exist. A plugin to allow multiple messages sent to a new member when they sign up.

I'd say the main reason a plugin like this doesn't exist is because it's not possible.
Sending private message automatically would require the loading and closing of pages without the user doing anything, which is a TOS violation as the ads are not accessible, or even viewable.

This is possible. This is already half implemented without plugins. What im saying is the Registration Welcome PM option, in Admin Home> Settings> Forum Settings> Login & Registration>, only for the new user to recive more than one PM

The admin area is off limits, there's no way to access or change the options given in the admin area, so the only way you could send multiple PMs to a new member is to do it via the PM page, and as plugins can't send PMs automatically for the reasons given above, this really is not possible.
