Hello! I am currently in the process of developing a roleplaying site. I have no plans to open this site until at least January, so there is plenty of time to get all my ducks in a row, so to speak.
I am not a coder, I wish I was that smart, but alas.... So I come to this community of individuals to seek help!
In short, I need a theme for my site. It is called : enantiodromia : which basically means for "things to change into their opposites" and I have BIG plans! It will be, not so much a shapeshifting rp, but more of a "well, I've gone and fallen into my animal soul" sort of thing. It's hard to explain in short sentences but the gist is this:
Everyone has a soul. No one can see, interact, feel, or hear their soul. Unless you live in Dromia, and the only way to REACH Dromia is to die - I haven't decided all the details yet - and once there, well. You are your soul and your soul is an animal with human like qualities (NOT features... I don't think... yet).
So anywho.
Demographic: Roleplaying Forum with an option for those with slow internet (optional)
Features: Min-Profile's, Header, Footer, Affiliates and Linkbacks, I need a place for Main Page Info - such as links to Rules, F.A.Q., History, Character Sheets etc..., Perhaps a tally of certain characters currently in play? Something included to help differentiate different sorts of characters in the game from regular members to staff to important historical figures.
Aesthetics: I am thinking Neutral-Dark colors, preferred being on the Green-Blue Spectrum, but I will happily bow to the whims of the coder/designer. I would like custom images for the forums, open posts, closed posts etc... That sort of thing. If I can manage to get a header image out of this, perfect, if not I can always hit a graphics designer up for one later. Animal & Soul based theme, if you can manage it.
