I have this holiday themed section I unhide for the holidays, and one section is for news "from the North Pole" where I actually write "news reports" from various fictional and non-fictional (used fictionally) news sources.
I don't know what to do this season, and it's making my head meet my desk.
I don't know if it's because my forum is a ghost town, or I deep down don't want to do it even though I enjoy doing over-the-top, creative things.

Didn't you have that same issue last year? I don't remember. I remember getting into an arguement with a member who thought a fictional news post in the section was legitimate though. He even did a web search for the fictional source I credited. lol |

Try using FB for some inspiration. There's a lot of fiction going on over there. For fictional characters I use a random fictional name generator I found online. Would be better if I could get help from my members, but they aren't biting my call for help. |
