Slow down Picture

I have this picture but would like to slow it down while moving. I would like a code please.

It looks like you're using the deprecated <marquee> tag. While it works, you can add in the scrollamount property. I.E.:


<marquee scrollamount="6"><img src="link_to_your_image"></marquee>


"6" is the default speed, so anything less than that will slow it down.
