Fixing Error Code 32

Okay so I -know- to fix this it includes the key permissions option, but my query is once I've put this in, do I need to add anything into the code or will it automatically set the key permissions for that key?

No it's on a plugin I've made myself

Okay I'm at a total loss now. Apparently the member is still getting error 32 and being logged out

It will automatically set key permissions for that key, however you will need to specify default values but I think even then you need to go to "manage" and set them in your plugin settings.
