 That's why I am going to use the first one.  

Smangii would it be possible to have a bigger one? The size of the original image in the OP? Considering it needs to be big enough for a thumbnail as shown earlier, and if possible a shirt design. If you don't mind?

@ncbean Glad that one works! Yep, illustrator is much nicer for typing text along a path/arc! Also since it's a vector program, it makes it easier to export at different sizes and gives it a softer, cleaner look.

Do you have Illustrator? I can send you the AI file, if not I can make a PDF for you (I believe most tshirt companies accept PDFs too) so you have the highest quality version.

I don't, I have a trial version still that I have not started yet, I can give that a whirl and get that open.  

Spreadshirt says JPG, AI, GIF, CDR, EPS, PNG, and SVG. Half of those I've never heard of. ha. Whilst the image can be between 40 to 4000px and a size of 10MB and a vector can only have 3 colors max. Which this is black and white, sooo.

I am surprised you didn't attempt "nick" and "bean" as the eyebrows to be honest, or did you and they sucked?

They can, really? Awesome.
I guess it is to cater towards pretty much any business etc

Stinky666 It will lose all the layers...but you can open it at full dpi/size and export to whatever you want from there.

Also I am still on CS6, I have no idea what CC can do.

CC seems to be fine with the .ai. Though it did have a white outline at half of the circle and went down to the bottom unless that was intentional? 

How does this look?
