Affiliate Banner Request (88 x 31 pixels) (Finished!)

Heya! Hoping someone could help my friend and I out by making a mini banner - 88 Pixels by 31 - for our Forum for Affiliating with other people!

Our Page is - Potterwatch Restored HPRP - and we are a Harry Potter Roleplaying site! 

Our theme (of sorts) is fairly light/hopeful with a little... sinister/dark twist/underlying darkness..
I've seen on some pages how their "buttons" or "mini banners" have a gif like quality to them so if anyone could make this and maybe have it look increasinly tarnished or the words for our site fading out of view.... I'd love you forever.

Possible ideas thus far: Something Magical related, definitely if possible a Potter feel. To tie in with our current site banner, Clouds or something similar would be great. Sparks we think would give it a nice feel too; however if we have the option of a moving banner lightning would be good too- and not necessarily plain white lightning either. Maybe a hippogriff or Hogwarts too!

We've not long started our page and would love to get more people involved on it so our plotline can get going and we can really put this thing in gear. Once it gains some momentum we may look into getting a new theme and banner too.

I have an idea I'd like to ask about.... Using the following gifs:

Is there any way you can overlap these so they fade into one another, then when the final one fades to black our site name then fades into view?
I couldn't get a continuous video/GIF of what I wanted so I thought I'd try the track first before exploring others.

I am 99% sure it's Times New Roman

Either of the two hooded gifs will do, both might be too sinister atm haha. Whichever works best I guess... I prefer the first currently but the second might be best suited?

The Hogwarts gif was a bit short and I had to extend it, but because of the small size it doesn't look to be moving much. Also, the end frames might be a little quick. Let me know what you think.

btw the font in your banner does not seem to exist anywhere. I've searched through hundreds of serif typefaces between TypeKit, MyFonts, dafont, Identifont, and Google Fonts, and the only one that even comes close is Century Old Style. Still, it isn't that, and it definitely isn't Times New Roman. It does not have the characteristics of a font that's been condensed, either. I am puzzled. I used Verdana instead.

My friend- the one I made the site with- is the one who made the banner so I honestly have no idea. She's been absent the last month or so so I couldn't ask
