For those members that decides to delete their account for whatever reason, and they have the right to remove their membership, sadly leaves the administration the chore to either clean up what they left behind (e.g., post inputs, starter threads, images), or to completely remove everything that they have been a part of, which in many cases, leaves a mess when trying to figure out who was part of that missing thread input with other members.
Since we cannot view their User Profile after they deleted their account, we can place a pre-made avatar (your custom design) with text in their Mini-Profile layout template to show active members and guest that this account has been deleted.

Go to Admin > Themes > Layout Templates > Mini-profile
and look for this:
and replace it with this: ( insert your url image link between the quote marks )
Caution: Before making any modifications to any templates, do a Ctrl + A + C and then Ctrl + V and save to notepad. It's a good practice to get into when modifying any template.
