Is this for a proboards forum? if so, you will need to post the URL. If not, then this request will not be filled here.
Either way I will say that it is unlikely that the people who fill the requests on this board will fill this one, as it is not an image composite created from pre-existing images, but rather a logo rendered from scratch. You will likely have better luck paying someone a commission fee to create this for you, after finding such an artist on a place like deviantArt or in another art community.
