Hi there,
I was wondering what the procedure and code would be for Embedding a Video (non-youtube0 onto the actual board on the home page.
This is to mean there is a Category on the Home Page and the first "Board" that is under that Category is to feature a video instead or above the description.
Can this be done? Can it be done with non-youtube videos? Where is the section to use such code and what is the code!?
So many questions for one issue lol
Thank you

trill69, are you able to provide a screenshot to show where you want the video to appear. - Just so we're all on the same page

^That is a Category on the Home page of the forum. I'd like the video to be placed where the description is on the boards

trill69, Go to Admin > Structure > Categories & Boards, for the board you want, double-click it and on the "About" tab you'll find the Description box. Put this code in there: Replace the URL with the video URL you want. Is this what you were wanting to do?

You are a life saver! That is exactly what I want! The only thing I complete;y forgot about is that no one can click play because the instant anything on a board is clicked it takes you to that boards page. Once in that page it can be clicked but that sort of defeats the purpose of putting it on the home page. Is there any way around this?

Why not make it autoplay? Then no one has to click the button.
