I've already seen this, support.proboards.com/thread/463762/template-last-online-miniprofileSeems not to work, I'm hoping someone can help me in posts miniprofile it says Member Is Online instead of that I'd like it to say example.. Last Online: A minute ago.. Same with profile so if anybody has a plugin or right template codes let me know please.

Well, yes, if the user is currently online that parameter will say as much; however, once the user has logged out, it will show how long it's been since that happened (Last Online: 5 minutes ago).
Does that make sense? I just tested it and it works as expected.

Can you elaborate on "don't work"? As elli said the behaviour you are describing -- showing "Member is online" instead of "last online" -- is the intended function of the user is logged in.
When it "doesn't work" what behaviour occurs and what are you expecting it to do instead?

Okay, first of all I tested this out myself.. I logged out checked my profile as a guest and suddenly it says last online 15 minutes ago while I was online and refreshed my page so it suppose to say a min ago something like that. Now what I'm trying to do is in posts or mini profile I'd like it to say Last Online: a minute ago <--- example because I've seen one forum that has that feature but don't know what code their using. In profile I'd like it to say the same instead of saying Member Online. I hope you understand Kami.

Just to clarify: are you saying that the displayed time is incorrect when you log out?
(As in, you logged out one minute ago but it says you have been gone fifteen minutes?)

Yes also I refreshed my page then logout and checked my profile and said 15 minutes ago last online. :s Accounts don't show as offline unless 15 minutes have passed since their last page load, so in order to forcibly show the account as offline we set the time to 15 minutes ago the moment you manually log out of the forum. The template modification is merely displaying the data it's reading from the database and is working as intended based on your description.

Just to clarify, when a user is online you want a time to show instead of showing that the user is currently online?

In that case you'd want to use this:

In that case you'd want to use this: This code is for user profile or mini profile?

This is a modified version of the code that was in the thread you linked, so wherever that goes.
It should work with both as they both use the $[user] variable.
