Where do I find the coding are for the format buttons?

I want to remove certain options, like "insert video".

So these... where do I find them in admin?

Or can that not be removed? I know you can add to them, I just added "insert spoiler".

There's no section that specifically controls individual buttons. The easiest way to do this would be to use the Quick Reply BBCode Buttons plugin, though this will also add the remaining buttons that you did not remove to the quick reply as well.
