I'm new to the boards and I was wondering if someone would create this theme for my forum. Mostly because I have zero experience handling such technical settings. Thank you much.

Did you have a read of Kami 's "Tips on Requesting a Theme" because I think you are falling into the "Avoid giving too little information" category? I could go find a background that suits the genre of your forum and maybe make you a banner with coordinating colors elsewhere and call it a "finished theme", thus fulfilling your request, but I doubt you want something that simple. lol Read Kami's tips, then give some thought as to what you actually are hoping for and edit your first post with a bit more information. Thanks.
