tnchuck100, Version 1.0.2 has been accepted into the library and should fix the problem. Please let me know either way if it fixes it or not.

I'll see what I can do about the tooltip, but no guarantees on that. I should be able to add another option for hover color though. I've got some other projects going on at the moment, but I'll get to this as soon as I can. Is this stills into plan?

It either highlights them all when mousing over 1 of the links, or doesn't work at all. Unless I can figure out the issue, it may not make it in.

Is it possible to make the button viewable to a guest? Here's what it looks like logged in: Compared to logged out: It'd be cool if this plugin was updated so a guest can view it.

stevennn, This is already possible if you have the latest version. In the Links tab in the plugin's settings, just don't add a Group to the Who can use? option: As you can see here, I'm logged out but can still see the button: If there are no Group(s) added, the plugin will default to let that particular link show for everyone, including guests.

Sorry for the late reply - I didn't get a notification from this thread (even though I have it bookmarked). What error are you getting? Can you post an image of it? A forum URL would also help - feel free to PM it to me if you don't want to post it (cannot have Guest Must Login enabled for this to be helpful for me to debug).

Radrook, If that error is occurring on this forum: writerdreams.freeforums.net/ - you've either disabled or removed the plugin. If it was simply disabled, I'll need it enabled in order to troubleshoot. I think I know what might be going on, but without being able to see it, I'd only be taking a guess. EDIT: I just saw your bug report as a review in the Plugin Library. For future reference, this is why plugin authors have a support thread for their plugin - as that is where bug reports should go. They will typically be spotted MUCH quicker if posted in the support thread rather than as a review. From the information you gave there: It stopped working and requests the addition of things already specified. Then now it seems to work but keeps sending me this message plasered on my competor screen. You must provide a link name for the navbar link. Error at UI Entry: 2 This is IN SPITE the fact that it is displaying a working link at the Nav Bar. -------------------------- Still getting this annoying message that I have to click off repeatedly. ---------------------------------------- You must provide a link name for the navbar link. Error at UI Entry: 2 Your missing an important piece of information - is it telling you: (1) Plugin: Navbar Links says - Missing Link NameOR (2) Plugin: Navbar Links says - Missing DestinationThat information will be displayed in the TITLE BAR of the error popup. You MUST have BOTH of those fields filled out. Given that error, your 2nd entry is missing one or the other or both.

I'm getting an error message:
You must provide a link name for the navbar link.
Error at UI Entry: 2
I've named my link and givven it a proper https:// address. I didn't change any of the colours as I didn't want to. Every time I go to my forum, I get that error pop-up. What could be the problem?

You may PM it to me if you don't want to post it, but I can't debug without a forum URL. Just a note to anyone reading, the above issue was resolved via PM. For those who may be experiencing the same issue, be sure that there is only ONE empty autoform in addition to any autoform(s) you have filled in. An empty autoform that isn't deleted (basically making it look like there's more than 1 empty autoform) will make the plugin think that it's an entry and thus give the error popup. If there's an X to the far right of an "empty" autoform, that's a clue that you'll get an error. Be sure you use that X to delete old links - don't just blank the fields out.

Lynx, just some suggestions, could you add "Themes" to the autoform and background "Image" ?

Lynx, just some suggestions, could you add "Themes" to the autoform and background "Image" ? I can see about background images, but it probably won't happen until after V6 launches. What is your suggested "Themes" option for? If it makes it so it only runs on certain themes, that functionality is already built-in. Just go to Admin > Plugins > Manage and click the Edit button for the plugin - you can set which theme(s) it runs on from there.
