Hi everyone.
I already downloaded a theme from the library. Then, I imported it to my forum (I am the admin). However, it does not change the theme.
Why is it so?

Nobody You need to change what theme you want to use in Edit Profile > Settings > Forum Theme. The above, however, is assuming that you have made it available for yourself (and other if you want) in Admin Home > Themes > Theme Manager > Theme Settings > Permissions (box):
