Need a warriorcats themed header

I don't care too much for footers but I need a header.

I prefer headers over news feed kind of stuff as i hate moving text. At that, despite having taken a webpage design class i do not understand HTML or CSS so.. help me

Anyway, the header needs to be:
transparent (background)
Have a boarder (i think you can do that correct me if im wrong!
Text saver's for information i will place in myself.
Title must be size 18 font
i want thorns to be included in the header somehow? i don't know how, but it's a must because the main RPG clan for my site is Thornclan.


I would also like spots for Hyperlinks which will lead off to a help guide, sponsored clans, etc. this will be at the bottom separated by |.


I don't know what is and isn't possible as i haven't coded on proboards before nor ever since i dropped my webpage design class.. OH Text color must be readable against Dark green. so maybe a light brown?

When people talk about headers it can mean different things. Some are referring to their banner area and others just in the top area of their site. So are you talking about a simple container that will hold info (Something like this but with your specifications and i'm talking the box that has links, the plot, images) or is this something that would be incorporated into your banner?  

If neither sound right, is there a example out there that you saw that you liked that you can link to or could you do a rough draft in paint as to what your request should look like?

Well a banner is banner to me, but I was talking about a box that goes at the top and features information regarding updates, links to important threads, etc.
