How to Change Forum Post Background Colour and Transparency

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a CSS code that changes the background colour and transparency of a forum's posts:



How do I change the colour of that white background (highlighted with a square) ? I would like to make it similar to the colour I'm pointing at with the left arrow (dark blue/grey). Also, I'd like to play around with the transparency to see what works best for me.

Lastly, how do I change the font colours for the forum posts?
