Hi! I can't really do this at the moment but you will need to provide a URL for the request filler to check that the forum is hosted by ProBoards, as we are not allowed to fill requests for non-ProBoards hosts. (:
As far as additional information, it would always be good to include (or be ready to include) any links to example sites where there are features or aesthetics you like, or images you'd like to use (though, please refer to my images addendum in the 'tips' thread -- you clearly read that before posting and i thank you emphatically :3)
