Change colors in selector below nav buttons

Maybe this is easy to find and i just keep overlooking it, but how can i invert the colors on the navigation bar under the nav buttons? The bar that looks like this:

Proboards Support > Themes > Create Thread

They are white backgrounds black text and i want black backgrounds and white text, kind of like it looks in the admin theme nav bar.

In admin > themes > advanced styles & css > visual editor (tab)

under the "forum" section, select "header (top)" then "navigation tree container" and you can change the appearance there (:

Thanks kami! It's one of those things i remember seeing just didn't remember where when i went to look for it.
