Did you want it that same size as the image you posted? 

On a side note: Not saying I will do this as I have only Gimp right now on my laptop and last time I tried to download a font, I couldn't get it to show up on Gimp but granted, I didn't try very hard.

I'm not exactly sure where you want it to fit. You provided a very large image so I'm not sure if you are talking a banner when you say icon or if you are really saying you want a tiny little icon like to replace the on/off icons but looking at your site, there is no place for such icons as you have threads and posts in that spot or since you mentioned "board" in your subject title, I'm wondering if you want a image as the background of the board. 

Also, since a lot of time has passed, not sure if you still want this but I did get that font to load into Gimp so I'll be happy to do this for you but I really need to know where this is going and/or an approximate size. I can tell you that making this image tiny into a icon type size will not be possible as you'd lose all the detail. I could crop it to something like this.
